Returns - No Quibble Guarantee
We are happy to exchange or refund any item of your order if you are
not entirely satisfied. Please return the item for exchange or
refund within 10 days of receipt.
How to Return or Exchange
Please return your purchase to us unworn and in the original condition
you received it from us, with all the tags intact. If the item is for
an exchange please do not include the gift bag wrapping.
Please enclose our standard returns form (click
here to download) listing
the items you are returning, the reason you are returning it, and what
you would like in exchange or refund. Please include a copy of your receipt.
We would strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to
us by Recorded Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost
in transit.
Goods are returned to Peace and Jam at your own expense, however, we
will send your exchange back out to all UK addresses by Recorded Delivery
at no extra charge.
We cannot offer free exchanges from outwith the UK.
If you are returning goods due to a fault with the product then you will
also be reimbursed for the cost of shipping.
You will receive your refund credit, cheque or exchange order (when in
stock) within 7 working days of us receiving the goods. We endeavour
to process this as quickly as possible.
Please note that we are unable to refund an item without a receipt and
that the refund will only be given to the original payer.
Terms
Any items which are returned within 10 days will be taken as notice of
cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Items are
provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass
to you until the 10 day post-delivery period has expired. On receipt
of the returned goods Peace and Jam will give you a full refund of the
amount you paid for the items (but not the postage) or an exchange credit
as required. However, you must return the goods to Peace and Jam in order
to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you
have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply
if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be
adjusted accordingly. Your statutory rights are unaffected by this.
Security
We realise how important it is to securely store any information that
you provide.
This site uses Protx payment processing, which provides optimum levels
of security. Card and account details are captured on secure servers,
keeping abreast of the latest payment or anti-fraud developments. Our
shoppers are protected from fraudulent use of their card in a "card not present" environment,
by their card issuers.
All of the payment processing systems support the verification of Address
and Security Code information. This verification service is supported
by the Card Schemes (such as Visa, MasterCard and AMEX). Verification
is done in partnership with UK banks and card issuers, who actually do
the checking of the credit/debit cards used by shoppers. These verification
services operate in the UK. Outside of the UK, where other checking solutions
are used, Protx (and its banking partners) always try to include the
verification information within the details of an authorised transaction.
